**The Role**:
As the Functions Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing a wide range of events — from private functions to club promotions — while driving creative marketing campaigns to engage our community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage club functions and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the club’s website.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize event success.
- Maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and local businesses.
- Monitor event budgets and prepare post-event reports.
**About You**:
- Proven experience in event coordination and/or marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and basic graphic design tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
