Brunetti Classico - an iconic hospitality brand has an amazing 0.6 part-time opportunity for an HR Advisor with 4+ years of experience ideally gained in the hospitality or retail industries who is looking to lead the HR function.

This role is a generalist role, supported by an HR Admin Assistant, internal management and external HR support.

You will work closely with the HR Administrator to drive:

- End-to-end recruitment
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Developing and implementing orientation plans
- HRIS (enableHR) and inhouse HR-related IT systems
- Support management teams with performance management and mediation
- HR compliance: remuneration, immigration, record-keeping, policy updates, etc.
- Actively managing and ensuring adherence to all relevant legislative requirements including Industrial Relations and Workplace Health and Safety, National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act and relevant industry awards, business licence requirements and agreements
- WorkCover claims management and facilitating Return to Work
- Providing training on HR Processes and Standard Operating Procedures
- Employee coaching and support
- HR reporting
- Liaising with Payroll to ensure compliance
- Liaising with senior management regarding HR matters

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly in word and excel), and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
