**About the role**:
Fleetwood Australia is looking for a reliable and proactive driver to join our Crestmead-based team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for the safe loading, transport, and unloading of modular buildings to various project sites across Queensland. You'll also lend a hand with general labouring and construction tasks when needed, contributing to the broader success of our modular operations. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a current HC licence, strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the flexibility to work both locally and regionally when required. **The key responsibilities of the role are**:
- Transportation and safe delivery of modular buildings.
- Following all HSEQ policies and procedures at all times
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within individual work areas and vehicles
- Understands and applies quality control techniques
- Transport building modules and related materials
- Load/unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Assistance with labouring tasks as required
**About you**:
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Heavy Vehicles Licence - class HC
- Current Construction White Card
- Forklift license preffered but not essential
- Trade background preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and punctuality
- A strong focus on safety and following instructions
- demonstrated experience driving across both metro and regional areas of Queensland
- The ability to work away from home where required. (Minimal occasions)
- Oversized experience
