**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES**

You will have the opportunity to gain on the job learning with your host employer, as well as attending the required TAFE schedule (for blue-collar apprentices) or monthly meetings with your trainer (for white-collar trainees).

Depending on which apprenticeship or traineeship you choose, the duration will vary - Blue-collar trades should expect a 4-year commitment to an apprenticeship, and White-Collar can expect a 12-month commitment.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Willing to complete required TAFE courses to complete training.
- Ability and desire to complete an apprenticeship or traineeship in your chosen field and become a successful tradesperson.
- White Card (Blue-collar apprentices)
- Current WA Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Must be able to complete a DAS. (Essential)
- Must have permanent residency in WA.
- A high commitment to safety
- Motivation to achieve goals & enjoy a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning.
- Experience in construction or has completed a pre-apprenticeship (Blue-collar apprentices)
