**About the role**:
Working within a Buying & Merch team for a well known retailer setting up new suppliers and brands. Administrative focused role working with TM1 and Excel.

**Duties**

Working directly with the General Manager of the team to support on all administrative tasks including:
**Administration the Retail Merchandising System**
- New brand setup
- New department setup
- Consignment stock contract and stock additions/deletions administration
- Daily/Weekly Reports administration of departments/structure distribution
- New report set up and distribution
- Concession set up in RMS
- Changes to the Merchandise hierarchy including changes to department, brand, class and sub class

**Promotions management**
- Set up of all company wide promotions and events (eg Mid Season Sale, Black Friday)
- Manage offer brand/style inclusions and exclusion lists for all of company
- Troubleshoot all Group promotion failures and issues and support Buying Office with corrections where required
- Manage pre-test of all promotions
- Implement daily fixes to promotions not working

**Forecast management (MFP/TM1)**
- Administration of monthly forecast set up in MFP and TM1
- Collation of individual group forecast packs
- Coordination of forecast inputs from each group
- Publishing all forecast packs

**Compliance**
- Monthly audit of Buyer placed orders under DOA
- Audit of consignment stock balances

**Support**
- Support Merchandise Trade Manager
- Weekly Marketing review and changes to Trade place
- Changes to group offers and maintaining the Company trade calendar
- Co ordination with Marketing department on offer inputs
- Co ordinating key event critical path dates and merchandise inputs

**Skills & Experience**

Previous experience working for a Head Office Retailer in an Allocator, Buying Admin Assistant or Buyers Assistant, Product Coordinator/Administrator would be ideal for the role
