**Responsibilities**:

- **Key **Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding, cleaning, and patching as necessary.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to achieve smooth, even finishes.
- Inspect finished floors for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- You need to be able to paint and Stain Flooring to a high standard with oil-based and water-based polyurethanes.
- You need to be able to drive Trucks to job sites.
- Screeding
- Surface Preparation - Concrete floor grinding, pressure cleaning, floor levelling, remedial floor repairs.
- Floor Coating - Concrete floor sealing
- Concrete floor resurfacing
- Floor Safety - Non-Slip floor coating, Safety Flooring.
- Waterproofing - Sheet and roll on membrane.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Floor Finisher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of flooring materials and finishes.
- Ability to operate and maintain various finishing tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Applicant will be energetic, enthusiast, self-driven, hardworking and takes pride in there work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Floor Finisher: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Keysborough, VIC 3173 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Keysborough, VIC 3173: Relocate before starting work (required)
