Grant and Alana Williams are the proprietors of Williams Racing, WA’s premier thoroughbred training establishment based in Karnup, south of Perth.
Are you passionate about horses and skilled in video, photography, and social media content creation? We’re looking for a creative and capable individual to join our team and help tell the story of our racing business through engaging, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Capture and produce compelling high-volume video and photo content of horses, facilities, and events, including weekly Owner updates.**
- **Create, manage, and post content across multiple social media platforms.**
- **Develop creative strategies to promote and showcase the business to current and prospective clients.**
- **Work independently while also collaborating effectively with a close-knit team.**
What We’re Looking For:
- **Strong skills in video production, photography, and editing.**
- **Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts.**
- **A genuine interest in, or experience with, horses and the racing/equestrian industry.**
- **A creative mindset with the initiative to generate fresh ideas and tell visual stories.**
- **Excellent communication and organisational skills.**
