Sales Assistance Architectural Product.

The successful person will have to carry out the following rolls and responsibility but not limited to:
**Skills**
- Must have a current driver lic
- Must have good English written and verbal (second language is a bonus)
- Must be able or willing to learn quoting and tendering.
- Must have excellent phone manner and proficient computer skills Office and other programs.
- Must be able to handle and assist clients and direct them to appropriate team member
- Must be able to handle filling electronic and manual and be able to refer to it efficiently
- Place Purchase orders follow up with freight and suppliers and ensure tracking and receiving of goods.
- Follow instruction given by team members and refer with results
- Must have good attention to details

**Desired skills**
- Great organization skills and time management
- Work unsupervised, willing to learn and develop skill and take on new tasks without hesitation
- Follow up sales
- Understand long term goals for personal and company.

The successful person must be aware that this is a permanent position and is measured with a monthly review of their progress.
