We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at St Linus Anglican Kindergarten. St Linus' Anglican Kindergarten has been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standard and has been working with the Anglican and local community for more than 60 years. We offer three and four-year-old kindergarten programs in a safe and secure environment where children can express themselves, celebrate diversity and enjoy kindergarten.

We are currently recruiting for 2 Diploma roles in the 3YO group at our centre, details below:
**Role #1**: AM shift. Working 13.5 hours per week. Monday 8:15am - 3:30pm, and Friday 8:15am - 2:30pm

**Role #2**: PM Shift. Working 10 hours per week. Monday & Friday 12pm - 5pm

**What will you do?**
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential
- Build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, staff and the local community
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation
- Build positive behaviour guidance strategies and provide spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning
- Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

**Essential criteria for a Diploma Educator**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
- Experience working as an Assistant Educator in a long day care service - depending on the needs of the service this can be removed.
- Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
