Are you an experienced powder coater with a keen eye for detail? Join our family‑run, Dulux‑accredited team and take ownership of the coating process from start to finish.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- **Operate & optimise** our powder coating booth, ensuring consistent, high‑quality finishes
- **Inspect & verify** every part for defects, inclusions, and coverage uniformity
- **Maintain equipment**, perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting
- **Load, hang & unload** parts safely, adhering to production schedules
- **Collaborate** with preparation and production colleagues to keep jobs flowing

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience**: Minimum 2 years in a powder coating role (industrial or automotive)
- **Attention to detail**: You catch the fine imperfections and won’t settle for “close enough”
- **Process‑driven**: You follow and improve standardized procedures for consistency
- **Physical fitness**: Able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods
- **Safety‑first mindset**: You work cleanly and wear PPE without compromise
- **Team player**: Open communicator who can both take direction and help others
- **Forklift licence**: Advantageous but not essential—training can be arranged

Expected hours: 38 per week
