Leading Hand - Fibreglass Pool Manufacturer

Locations: Mittagong, NSW

We are a well-established fibreglass pool manufacturer located in the Southern Highlands, NSW, and we’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

- Demoulding fibreglass pools and assisting with mould preparation before pool production
- Conducting visual inspections of pools prior to delivery
- Performing minor repairs on fibreglass pool shells
- Assisting the factory with preparing and replenishing supplies for manufacturing
- General housekeeping
- Use of Forklift to assist with Factory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Current forklift licence (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of tools and repairs (experience with fibreglass is a bonus)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
