Today, MINISO operates over 7,000 stores in 110 countries, bringing joy and high-quality life experiences to consumers globally. **About the Role**: We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our vibrant teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere - Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and accurately - Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately - Support the team with daily store tasks, including cleaning and tidying - Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and store goals **Qualifications**: - A positive attitude and passion for retail and customer service - Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset - Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays - Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential **What We Offer**: - Opportunities for career growth within a global brand. - A dynamic and supportive work environment. - Staff discounts on Miniso products. **Job Type**: Casual Pay: From $32.06 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - Rotating roster - Weekend availability **Experience**: - Retail: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/07/2025
