The venue manager is a guest focused personality, business astute and drives into the challenges of promotions and operation to increase revenues.

**Guest services - **A high care factor for guest services is essential. The mission is to received repeat business and establish a loyal client base.

**Leadership - **Planning and goal setting is a vital part. You will manage the day-to-day operations with clear emphasis for a smooth and profit driven strategy. A leader who is able to inspires and encourages the team, and strives to improve the service culture.

**Functions Sales -** Overseeing the sales coordinator with the vision of generating higher revenues and growth of the sales team

**Flow on from last employment - **You are encouraged to work with trusted people on your side, and you are welcome to incorporate the selected members within your operation.

**Hiring -** Our crucial appointments are set for a venue manager, function sales coordinator and restaurant manager

**Service and events
- **Supporting the FOH with a "hands on" attitude, especially at meal times, supporting the kitchen in operational issues and leads clearly the function coordinator.

**Guest relations - **Getting to know the local community is vital in the success of this role. Genuine hospitality and making our guests feel like we are welcoming them home every time they arrive is what we are about. We are looking for someone who can bring this warmth to every service and encourage the team to always do the same.

**Reporting and budgets**:

- Reporting to the managing director, and depending on your experience, you will set or assist short and long term budgets.

**Financial goals and KPI’s -** Driven and able to reach weekly and monthly targets, ability to manage wage costs and increase sales to achieve this.

**The Venue - **Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring the venue is always immaculate.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
