We are recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant at our Melbourne warehouse, immediate start.

This is a casual contract position for approximately 25-30 hours per week with the opportunity to get more hours over the summer period. Your hours will be Monday to Friday, every day with no weekend work. This is a physical role with early starts (shifts typically start at 5 - 5:30 am) and requires self-management and attention to detail.

**Role/duties**
- Maintaining a well organised, clean and tidy warehouse and amenities ensuring FIFO
- Picking and packing orders
- Assisting sales team and load vans as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Maintaining paperwork or incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Following best practice factory OH&S procedures and directives
- Managing stock levels and minimise stock loss
- Occasional deliveries could be required
- Monday to Friday Availability
- A valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills
- Well presented
- Strong initiative and work ethic
- Ability to problem solve
- Appreciate a physical job
- Appreciate early mornings

Previous warehouse management is preferred, but not required.
