- Experience in Disability Employment Services / Job Active / Transition to Work / Workforce essential
- High level of administration skills
- Driver’s Licence and Own Transport - essential
- Ability to manage a range of tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines and goals
- Ability to achieve quality outcomes in line with KPI
- Communicate with influence to a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to build key relationships with employers, training organisations and other community services
