Hatch is supporting State Street to find a great Fund Order Services (Unit Dealing), Associate 2 to join their Banking and Investment team. **About the role at State Street**

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities. Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability. You will help us build resilience and execute day to day deliverables at our best.

**Responsibilities**
- Investment Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and presenting investment recommendations
- Investment Sourcing - Sourcing new investment opportunities by identifying and evaluating market opportunities
- Investment Management - Select, buy, and sell securities to maximize returns and manage risk, and monitor the performance of investments regularly
