Our newly opened Bar Libretto is on the hunt for a dedicated and professional person to lead the out-front team.

Our newly opened Bar Libretto is seaching a dedicated and professional person to lead the out front team in achieving a balanced and enjoyable experience for our patrons. We are just at the early stage of our development but we are keen to astablish quickly a reputation for great food and wine as well as a very open attitude to all.

Great understanding of proper service without being too formal yet affective is required, along with a great personal precense and touch with people.

A good knowledge of wine and food is a must as well as a firm understanding on how to provide the right feel in service and atmosphere.

We operate as a flexible venue, be it a full on food experince or just a casual drink and food.

We are an intimite 65 people restaurant/bar that wants to bring something different to an area under catered by a more refined offering that we are trying to provide.

Great work life balance as we only open 4.5 day a week with long hours not being the case.

This is a either a full-time position or we can be flexible with the right person in accommodating a more personalised employment.
