The Role

Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages (MMB) hub for the eastern seaboard. The site manufactures both Fresh and Extended Shelf-Life products, including our short pack format MBB and Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) long-life unrefrigerated milk. This state-of-the-art facility has benefited from past and ongoing large-scale investment and produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, this role is to ensure all processing functions are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner and for delivering products safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with mínimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required.

The incumbent must be flexible working 12.33 hours per shift Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 am to 6.20, 3 days on and 4 days off.

**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing recipe paperwork, ingredients for batches and mixing ingredients- controlling systems and assisting tanker drivers to unload raw ingredients- Adherence to our quality, safety and environmental systems and practices- Operating systems (SCADA) to control all processing equipment- Planning and prioritizing of cleans, batching and processing

About you

Please note that production / manufacturing experience is not required, however key skills required are:
- Sound computer skills, able to learn and operate control systems (large part of the role)- Good planning and prioritising skills- Solid problem-solving skills- Being Team player- Learning agility
