Excellence in their field. **Daily Duties** - Consistently follow our established Cosmetic Grading process to deliver a product quality assessment of Laptops and Desktop computers. - Consistently follow our established Windows Imaging process and undertake basic hardware diagnosis tasks. - Focus on delivering a consistent result while following our established Windows Quality Assurance process. - Conduct basic repairs on our products, such as installing a new Battery or changing RAM and Storage devices. - Collaborate with your teammates by completing general warehouse duties as directed: for example, cleaning, sorting, picking and packing. **About you** - Take pride in and champion excellent organisational skills. - Take pride in not only your current ability to focus and deliver consistent results, but also the continued development of this skill. - Demonstrably experienced in a Computer Technician role. - Consistently communicate with both clients and staff. - A Team member who enjoys Collaborating with their Teammates to achieve dynamic priorities and tasks. - Enjoys critically thinking about their work and communicating their thoughts and understanding with their Teammates for continuous improvement.
