Your duties will include: - Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks) - Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs - Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals - Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments. **The Benefits** New team members are matched up with a buddy and enjoy comprehensive induction and employee assistance programs combined by ongoing workplace mentoring. If social events and activities are your thing, we have plenty to choose from too **Qualifications**: **A Successful Rehabilitation Consultant at IPAR will possess**: - A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy - Registration with either Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) - Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment - A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits - A current driver license and access to their own vehicle Additional Information Our core values are always at the heart of the work that we do every day: - We act with **integrity**.
