**About the role**

We are growing and we are looking for Home Care Assistant to join our growing Home Care Team (Community Aged Care) across Northern Suburbs

This role will see you supporting older Australians living at home by taking them out shopping and:

- Domestic assistance in the home, including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, re-organising, tidying, laundry, and linen changes
- Tasty meal preparation
- Social support to live their best life at home

**About you**

You’ll care about supporting older Australians to maintain their independence at home, and have the following:

- Full working rights
- Prior experience in home care or in a similar role is highly desired
- Great communication skills
- Full valid Driver’s Licence
- Access to a roadworthy vehicle that is registered in WA and covered by Third-Party insurance is a must
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
