Melbourne, Australia White Bay Search Full time

Flexible WFH policy, offices in Melbourne but remote work supported
- Inclusive and diverse team
- Growing local team, good time to join for career progression

**The Company**
Imagine instead of working for one company, producing one type of game, you can work for a global agency working across AAA titles and well known games for any genre wether it be indy, RPG, FPS or strategy.

With 70 studios in 23 countries they're working on titles such as League of Legends, Assassins Creed, Madden, Age of Empires, City skylines and Zelda only to mention a few.

They're inclusive and passionate about their work, and offer flexible working arrangements from anywhere in Australia as their local presence grows.

**The Role**
You will be working in a multidisciplinary production team, collaborating with multiple game development teams to craft ideas, define and bring clarity to the product vision of their games.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that the designs follow the product vision
- Design complex game systems that communicate concepts concisely and with clarity
- Communicating and present game features to the team and clients
- Collect feedback to ensure game features are truly understood and backed by all stakeholders
- Develop new design ideas and suggestions to fit with a design brief
- Maintaining updated and clear game design documentation

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need at least 3 years experience as a game designer. As the game portfolio you will be working on is diverse there is no preference for types of games, but variety through your career to date or AAA titles would be advantageous.

This is an inclusive employment opportunity. We actively support and encourage diversity in the workforce and do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
