Your opportunity
Thanks to an expanding project portfolio Mott MacDonald Sydney has a new opportunity for a Hydrogeologist to join our dynamic and growing team working on iconic infrastructural projects, locally, nationally, and globally.

- Geological assessment and the development of 2D and 3D groundwater models
- Field mapping, site inspections and reporting
- Preparing desk studies, specifications and technical reports
- Planning, scoping and managing delivery of field investigations
- Geological and hydrogeological interpretation
- Conceptualisation of hydrogeology
and undertaking groundwater assessments
- Assessments of water quality
- Developing connections and relationships with internal and external clients, sub-consultants and sub-contractors as a member of the geotechnical team
- What can you bring to the team?
- Degree Qualified Hydrogeologist (MSc preferred)
- Five years industry experience in hydrogeology
- Working knowledge of industry standard software such as gINT ArcGIS and Leapfrog Works, 2D and 3D modelling software
- Experience in building 3D conceptual hydrogeological models
- Experience of planning, managing, supervising and interpreting groundwater investigations
- Previous experience working with MODFLOW and SEEPW
is highly regarded
- An understanding of commercial risk
- Willingness to commit to ongoing development of professional skills.
