Medical Receptionist

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and providing top-notch customer service.
- Managing appointments and patient records efficiently.
- Answering phone calls and helping with patient inquiries and bookings.
- Processing billings, Medicare claims, and other admin tasks.
- Supporting doctors, nurses, and practice staff with day-to-day admin duties.
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist is essential.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Well-organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- A team player, but also confident working independently.
- Experience with **Best Practice Software** and/or **Medical Director** is highly preferable.
- Eager to learn, grow, and build a career in healthcare.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
