Reporting to VP Material Movement, the Business Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving organizational processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams supporting, coaching, building excitement, removing roadblocks, and driving discipline for improvement efforts.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of existing product lifecycle and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Create and implement a product lifecycle workflow, process map, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each of our products
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans, quantifying business process efficiencies.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis
- Assist the Customer Success Manager with documenting and communicate this information across the organization
- Create Metrics to monitor and improve global product lifecycle, processes and deployments
- Continuously process improvement of our product lifecycle and process
- Collaborating with departmental managers to identify process improvement opportunities
- Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to identify new process improvement opportunities

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in business improvement and change management preferably in a manufacturing or mining industry
- Improvement, Project Management & Change Management experience is desired
- Qualifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Multi-lingual would be an advantage (English mandatory, Spanish preferred, Portuguese, Bahasa, French helpful)
