We’re on the hunt for a creative and reliable **Content Creator (Contractor)** to join our team If you live and breathe social media, love being behind the camera, and know how to capture content that _actually performs online_, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Capture photo and video content for our clients' social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Shoot behind-the-scenes content, reels, testimonials, events, and promotional material
- Edit short-form videos and stills for online use
- Collaborate with our team to bring brand visions to life
- Travel to client locations as required (Sydney & surrounding areas)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with social media content creation (portfolio or socials required)
- Skilled in both **photography and videography**:

- Confident with lighting, framing, and editing for social-first formats (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Own your own camera, lighting, and basic editing gear/software
- Have reliable transport and be comfortable travelling to various locations
- Ability to work to briefs and deadlines with mínimal supervision

**Bonus if you**:

- Have drone experience
- Can shoot and edit fast turnarounds
- Have agency or multi-brand experience

**Type**: Contract / Project-based
