Our extended education community provides an inclusive and supportive environment for all students, and recognises and rewards individual and collaborative achievement.About the Roles: Both roles will be providing wellbeing support, first aid, student data management and general reception duties.
**Responsibilities may include**:

- Working with students who require Guidance Officer support to assess student needs, triage students accordingly, provide de-escalating strategies and monitor students requiring support.
- Providing First Aid care to students who present to Corporate Services reception.
- Stocktaking, maintaining and purchasing First Aid supplies across campus.
- Liaising with parents in regards to Health Management Plans, Action Plans.
- Dispensing medication to students as required.
- Liaising with State Schools Nursing Service to access additional support in development of Health Plans as required.
- Providing feedback to Year level teams about specific trends and patterns in students accessing support.
- Developing rapport and expressing empathy for all stakeholders in the continued wellbeing support of students.
- General reception duties.
