Embroidery Coordinator

**EMBROIDERY COORDINATOR**:
**INTRODUCTION**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Embroidery Coordinator (Full Time or Part Time) to work with the RB Sellars B2B team at our Keysborough warehouse. In this role you will be responsible for safe and efficient operations of our SWF/HC coloured embroidery machine to provide a timely and high-quality embroidery service in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an experienced **Embroidery Coordinator (Full time or Part time)** to work with the RB Sellars B2B team at our Keysborough warehouse. In this role you will be responsible for safe and efficient operations of our SWF/HC coloured embroidery machine to provide a timely and high-quality embroidery service in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
**As directed by the B2B Sales Manager, the successful applicant will;**
- Ensure all garments delivered to the embroidery room are correct as per order sheet
- Prepare embroidery machines for garments - loading digitized designs into machine networks, manual thread colour changes as and when required
- Prepare garments for embroidery machines - hooping mechanisms and backing placement
- Operation of embroidery machines and heat press
- Trimming, folding and re-packing garments once embroidered/ heat pressed
- Keeping track of work orders and updating records
- Respond to machinery breakdowns or garments upsets and restore machinery as quickly as possible to minimise downtime
- Basic maintenance and upkeep of embroidery machines
- Reading and understanding work orders to determine type and location of embroidery
- Monitoring stock levels and reordering stock as required
- Package completed orders once production is completed.

About You:

- Experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator
- Demonstrated experience in an Embroidery/manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand instruction manuals.
- Ability to consistently reach minimum production requirements.
- Excellent organisational & problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to recognize and prioritize orders.
- Able to understand, follow and execute instructions.
- Intermediate computer skills.
