Casual Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our friendly team at Ren Ishii in Ramsgate, (South Sydney). This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar area
- Adhering to all relevant licensing and safety regulations
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues

**What we're looking for**
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to our team
- Experience as a bartender within a similar environment
- Good knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain
