- You assist in solving patient concerns, and ensuring smooth and polite communication between patients and team mates.

Use your clinical background to provide high-quality, professional support in both patient interactions and clinical tasks. Your ability to build positive relationships and handle pressure will be crucial in this patient-facing role.

Patient facing positions are where you shine in being able to display your professionalism, problem solving attitude and nurturing positive relationships with our patient base, whilst also being able to work efficiently under pressure.

You take extreme pride in infection control, patient confidentiality and care. You appreciate and understand the importance of following protocols and standard operating procedures so that your workflow is efficient and repeatable by colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with a strong focus on patient care or Commenced Certificate III in Dental Assisting and wanting hands on experience
- Availability 3-5 days; flexibility for additional Saturday work is preferred. Casual or Part time work will be considered. We are closed over long weekends so that our team members can enjoy their long weekends too.

**About Us**:
We are getting busier and our current team need extra hands on deck (and the more the merrier) We are a newly renovated clinic, set in the ambiance of a traditional Victorian style bungalow home, and even with modern and state of the art dental equipment, it has still maintained its old world charm. We are located on a quiet residential street with **lots of free parking and walking distance to public transport. **Our practice does not have any preferred provider agreements, so we work only for our patients and no other third parties. Like any other industry, and dentistry is no different, we take the time to onboard you with our flow and equipment (including our Jura coffee machine).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $230.00 - $300.00 per day

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
