**Your new role**

As a Survey Draftsperson / Urban Designer, you'll play a crucial role in drafting high-quality urban design plans, subdivision layouts, and other key documents. You'll collaborate closely with a team of professionals, including Licenced Surveyors, Project Managers, and Design Engineers, ensuring the alignment of plans with project requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficiency in CAD Software
- Sound understanding of surveying and drafting principles
- Detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to manage tasks/projects and see them through to completion
