Club Italia Sporting Club is located in North Sunshine, Victoria, and is currently in search of casual bar and wait staff to serve the growing bistro, functions, and events at the club.

Thriving in a fast-paced team setting, the role primarily involves floor-related tasks and active involvement in event services, both before and after the events. Your primary duties and responsibilities encompass, but are not confined to:

- Ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and collecting glasses and plates.
- Carrying and serving food and beverages.
- Setting up rooms for events, which involves moving tables and chairs, arranging crockery and cutlery, and tending to the function bar.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to club members and guests.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and some public holidays.
- An enthusiastic and energetic approach to your work.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High personal grooming standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid RSA Certificate.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in event and function services would be advantageous.
- Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Reliability, responsibility, and a positive work attitude above all else.

The club operates seven days a week, including public holidays, and hosts a variety of corporate and private functions. This is a casual role in an excellent work environment with benefits such as free parking.
