We are seeking a State Operations Manager to join our professional and skilled team to manage a large diverse growing portfolio based in Sydney, NSW.
**About the Role**:
The primary responsibility of the State Operations Manager will be to manage and oversee the day to day operational management across a large and growing portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented person to lead this exciting Cleaning business.
This role requires a strong blend of sales, leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the critical environment cleaning services division.
- Ensure all cleaning operations meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of cleaning technicians and support staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning services industry.
- Technical knowledge of critical environment cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Proven P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
