**We represent an industry leading precast solution provider, who are actively searching for a production supervisor to join their team in Condell Park, NSW**

With two years of contracted work secured, our client is set to ramp up production immediately, with the expectation of supplying some of the East Coasts largest infrastructure and commercial projects.

**Role Responsibilities: -**
- Meeting deadlines for client orders
- Conducting daily pre-start and toolbox talks
- Workload management
- Daily reporting of project progression
- Performance management of multi-skilled workforce
- Ensuring all OHS demands are adhered to
- Lead by example in housekeeping to secure safe work environment
- Contribute and promote healthy work culture
- Complete manual precast task where required - formwork stripping, concreting, quality assurance

**Requirements: -**
- At least 2 years experience in supervision
- A previous background in precast/civil industry
- Own transport
- Capacity to work overtime when required to do so
- White card

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
