In this role, as a Waitperson at Bistro Guillaume. you will deliver exceptional customer service to guests through providing outstanding menu knowledge and a quality food and beverage service. You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained.

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- 1 Years Experience Working in a Fine Dining Restaurant
- Ability to 3 Plate Carry and Tray Service of Drinks
- Good availability including Nights, Weekends and Public holidays
- Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages including Beer, Wine and Spirits
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Eager to Learn
- Good Time Management and Reliable
