**About the brand**:
Our client is a global, premium chocolate company, that is described to feel like family run business. Since the 1800s, this Swiss brand has grown internationally and has become renowned amongst all lovers of chocolate.

**About the role**:
As the Store Manager, you will lead by example in this global chocolate brand, leading and driving your team to success. You will also be in charge of stock ordering for your store, rostering and training of the team.

**About you**:

- Confident in running the store as your own and taking ownership of the store.
- Have fun on the shop floor, with a hands on leadership style where you lead your team of 10 by example.
- Outgoing personality, can take change and lead in a friendly way.
- A passion for chocolate

- Competitive base salary of up to $70,000 + super + bonus (up to 10% of your annual income, paid annually)

- Supportive and structured 2 week training in Brisbane to set you up for success in the role.
