Chalkboard Catering is seeking a dynamic, motivated hands-on person to manage our canteen(college) located in Parkdale, Victoria. This position will require you to have a minimum of one year of experience in a café/ canteen environment as hands on manager, or as supervisor and ready to take next step.

You will be able to cook with some catering/function experience, have customer focus and be a team player.

You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of healthy food, production & cooking, customer service including cash handling, food safety and stock control and will assist in menu development.

Hours are approx. 6.5 hours Monday to Friday. (Flexible depending on the demand of business and service)

As this is an education site, you must have (or commit to obtaining) a current working with children check (E) and food supervisor’s certificate and have your Covid-19 vaccination (Proof required).

You will be directly employed by Chalkboard Catering.

This position is paid through school terms only _**(please note you will not be paid during term breaks or when the canteen is not operating with exception to Public Holidays that fall within college terms).**_
