Youth Soccer Coach

Playmakers Soccer Academy is a soccer program that specialises in teaching children between 4-13 Years old of all skill levels and we are looking for coaches to help us educate and manage our students.

We currently host weekend classes and are looking to both expand our locations and staff in the future. Our classes are hosted in Tarneit on Saturdays and Point Cook on Sundays between 10-12.

**Do you have a passion for soccer (football) and working with kids?**

If so, you may be interested in a job with us We are looking for suitable youth soccer coaches for our Point Cook and Tarneit locations. We host weekly soccer classes that go for 2 hours It is also useful experience for students who are studying social work, sports-related studies, health and fitness, education, and child care.

**Succesful applicants must**:

- Have a basic knowledge in soccer and/or physical sports.
- Be proficient when engaging and interacting with children aged 4-13.
- Be reliable and punctual to all shifts.
- Be able to communicate and learn from senior coaches.
- Have a friendly attitude and bubbly personality when interacting with customers.

**The following traits are desired but not compulsory**:

- Previous coaching experience/childcare experience (doesn't have to be soccer)
- Currently play soccer in your personal life
- Working with Children's Check (you must eventually get one, we will assist)
- Reliable transport to and from work (Point Cook/Tarneit).

**PAID TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED**

As the business grows, further work opportunities may be granted, with classes already being added and new locations being discussed.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
