Our menu is a foodies heaven Paired with ocean views, you too will enjoy our relaxed atmosphere serving customers in the brightly coloured walls of the restaurant or the treelined, street-side alfresco area when the sun is shining. What we are looking for:
Rústico Tapas & Wine Bar is currently looking for their next front of house super star to fill the full time Food & Beverage Manager role.

We are seeking an experienced and detail orientated person to help build, grow and lead our professional front of house operations. You will work closely with our General Manager and be confident to make decisions, manage staff and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant in their absence.

Your passion for good food, wine and service will see you excel in this front of house sales position, giving the customer a 5 star experience while helping recruit, develop and train bar and wait staff. Quality and consistency are important to you and a fast pace and high volume of sales doesn't affect this.

You are experienced in online reservations systems, running busy services and ensuring all customers have a 5 star dining experience.

Your fresh eyes will be able offer us new ideas and help us to continuously improve our product & service offering.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
