Clayfield House is Brisbane's premier level III supported accommodation facility providing a safe, stable, and dynamic community environment for people facing various challenges in life.

Our onsite staff provide round the clock assistance to our residents in a respectful, caring, and charming home away from home environment.

Essentially, our clients require assistance with daily living skills. This assistance is provided in an environment that is respectful and caring. Residents are encouraged to become a part of this tightly knit supportive community whilst retaining their individuality. We help individuals to meet their full potential through full integration with government and non-government support agencies and in-house community-focused needs.

**About the role**:
Clayfield House is a fully accredited Level III residential supported accommodation facility. As the House Cleaner you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and upkeep of the household in all public areas and within residents’ rooms.

The House Cleaner will be accountable for completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the house and will take action to address day to day specific cleaning requirements that may arise.

Additionally, this position is responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitising of the house, which includes, but is not limited to, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, common areas, indoor & outdoor sitting and dining areas, pathways, entries, and floors.

We are seeking a self-motivated, confident, and pro-active individual that possesses an understanding and ability to demonstrate respect, professionalism, and compassion within a level III Supported Accommodation environment, which provides assistance and support to residents.
- Previous experience commercial cleaning
- The capability to work closely with your colleagues in a harmonious manner and liaise effectively with external support services
- Demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks in a positive and friendly manner, in accordance with the Policy and Procedures.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check / Yellow Card - Current or ability to obtain.
- COVID-19 vaccinated
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking is essential

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $26.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
