**We are currently recruiting for a Toolmaker to start immediately**

**About the role**

As a Toolmaker you will be responsible for the following:

- Review factory orders and drawings to determine job specifications and requirements.
- Monitor, change and replace cutting tools as needed.
- Program and set up CNC machines to required specifications.
- Manufacture tools using a variety of machinery, including sample trials.
- Perform dimensional inspection and maintain correct orientation of products.

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Qualified Toolmaker/Fitter Machinist
- Working with CNC Vertical & Horizontal borers
- Ability to operate Mills, Lathes, Drills, and Saws
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with CAD/CAM and Power mill (Preferred but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Wire cutting EDM: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Toolmaker qualification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
