Stratco is a leading manufacturer and retailer of Building and Home Improvement products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Production Team Members to join our productive teams at our Ormeau manufacturing facility.

As a **Stratco** production team member you will be a part of our operations team and will be required to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing goods to the customers requirements
- Interpreting product drawings
- Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to **Stratco** safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment

**Key skills and attributes**:

- A commitment to producing quality products
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret product drawings
- Rollform machine experience preferred
- Previous coil handling and purlin mill experience is desirable
- Fork lift license desirable
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work day or afternoon shifts
- Basic computer skills
