**Regional Enrolled Nurse Cadetship Program**
- **Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, Kangaroo Island Health Service**:

- **Salary: $59,094 - $60,844 (Pro-rata) (nursing zone allowance may be applicable) - Assistant in Nursing (AIN)**:

- **Temporary Part-Time for up to 18 months (more than one position available)**

**About the full-time program**
- Up to 18 months paid employment for two days per week as an Assistant in Nursing, commencing date to be confirmed
- Up to 21 months of full time study in Diploma of Nursing HLT54115 (approximately 25 hours study per week)

Two days paid employment and approximately 25 hours study per week equates to a full-time commitment and a solid foundation for a nursing career.

Enrolled as a student in the Diploma of Nursing with a TAFE SA regional campus, you will take part in activities that enhance your understanding of the role of a nurse and the in-and-out workings of Kangaroo Island Health Service. Guided and supported by experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses, you will receive close supervision as you grow and build your nursing skills and capabilities.

**Eligibility criteria**

To be considered for an EN Cadetship, applicants must have applied through SATAC and be accepted to commence studying in 2025, or currently studying in Diploma of Nursing, with a TAFE SA regional campus.
