Our team is growing, and we invite you to join us at this extremely exciting time as a **Head Concierge**.

The Head Concierge will be responsible for being the first point of contact with our guests. The right-fit will be able to create a pleasant, delightful atmosphere for our exceptional dining venue with ease and perform their duties with confidence, enthusiasm, and smile.

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**
- Experience as a Head Concierge or similar in a premium restaurant is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
- Experience in Seven Rooms highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding service.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with commitment to exceptional service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional presentation and grooming.
- Able and willing to work weekends and, public holidays.
- Must have Australian work rights.
- Hold a valid RSA certificate.
