To contribute to this success, they are looking to recruit a Facilities Supervisor based in their state of the art, fully automated facility based in Wacol, QLD.

**The Role**

Reporting through to the Engineering Manager and sitting in the Operations Team you will be responsible for:

- Managing the site assets and service management, delivering quality asset management, maintenance, service, and improved life cycle value for the business in line with the FM strategy.
- Managing the requirements of the site FM contractor services performance in facilities management, technical procurement, project management and engineering disciplines.
- Review & update service contracts and maintenance schedules.
- Conceptualise and implement lean initiatives that result in cost savings.
- Manage safety inductions of contractors on site.

**Your Background**

***
In order to be successful for this role you will be;
- Ideally Trade qualified in an Mechanical or Electrical or similar discipline.
- Proven experience in engineering systems and management of facilities maintenance.
- Strong stakeholder management working cross functionally both with internal and strategic partners.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Positively aligned toward working to strong health and safety standards and practices.
