Sprinkler Fitter

We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter/Mechanical Fire Technician/ qualified/licenced Plumber in Perth who is interested in working in the Fire Protection industry.

About the Role
- Based in Perth
- Reporting into the D&C Supervisor
- Installing, servicing, maintaining mechanical and gaseous systems within the Perth area

About You
- Experience working as a Mechanical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry
- Plumbing trade background
- Certificate II in Fire Asset Maintenance
- Sprinkler Fitter license
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.
- Current driver’s licence
- Extinguishing Agent Handling License (EAHL)
- Computer Skills with the ability to operate service App's; completing work orders electronically.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
- A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards, particularly AS1670, AS4214 and AS1851
- Self motivated with the ability to work in an unsupervised environment
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Ability to work an on-call roster
