Due to continued success, UGL are seeking a
**Supervisor **with experience in
**Insulation, Sheet Metal Work and Blast/Painting **to join our site team based in Pinjarra and Wagerup. This is a full-time DIDO position.

**About the Role**
- Deliver and maintain high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of the role
- Ensure all works undertaken by the workforce are carried out safely and to site quality requirements
- Ensure that personnel carrying out the work understand the work requirements and that work instructions, safety instructions and/or quality documentation are supplied, understood, and complied with by the work group
- Liaise with the client representatives to develop estimates, procure and manage materials and labour requirements to meet work scope requirements
- Supervise the work teams and ensure that all work is completed safely, on schedule and to required quality and client specifications

**About you**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Supervisor role
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Good communicator with the ability to positively influence a team
- Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skills
- Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
