This is a handy man position so you will do every thing from landscaping to plastering, painting, renovations, demolishion, fencing, general repairs and maintenance work.
Experience is preferred but not a requirement the rest can be learned along the way.
Must have.
Drivers licence.
Good attitude.
A willingness to try new task and learn new skills.
Good communication.
Problem solving skills to think about tasks for best out come under stressful tasks.
Must have a willingness to learn new task and skills with a positive out look.
Able to work with others and also unsupervised and still completing task in a timely manner.
Tools will be supplied.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract
Pay: $24.48 - $35.00 per hour
