We are seeking expressions of interest for a variety of roles to join our NSW team. We're seeking a Portfolio Centre Manager, Operations Manager and Administration Assistant, all based in Western Sydney taking care of a portfolio of commercial assets.

**Portfolio Centre Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Manage tenant relationships and address concerns.
- Develop and manage property budgets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial property management.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience.

**Operations Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Manage maintenance and repair activities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Experience in facility operations and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.

**Administrative Assistant**

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in an administrative role.
