**About the Role**

The role is responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners to deliver on key People and Culture initiatives. Some of these initiatives will role include, transformation projects, the annual HR cycle and delivering core HR project that are assign to you.

You’ll also support the business with complex ER case management, as well as Analysis and presentation of engagement survey results extending to action plan development, implementation and measuring success.

**Important to your success**
- Proven HR generalist experience
- Project management approach to delivery of HR initiatives
- Sound and balanced judgement - ability to make recommendations and evaluate alternatives with an attitude of commerciality and care for Zurich employees
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through complexity independently
- Ability to prioritise - effectively understands the needs of others, clarifies, understanding and communicates effectively to deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to utilize insights to generate data driven decisions from business stakeholders
